It is your duty as an employee to make the safe choice. You should never put yourself or others in danger by your conduct. Our actions affect others directly or indirectly and that is why we have the responsibility to choose correctly.
When we see colleagues making the unsafe choice, we should caution rather than have the “I don’t care attitude”. Safety is everyone’s business not just the employer. It affects all of us irrespective of the nature of job, sector or industry.
