As we wrap up with the holiday season, it’s a time to recharge for the next 12 months. Therefore, I have a recommendation for your holiday season
REST – BOND – REPEAT

REST because you have worked hard and you need to be refreshed for the work ahead. Rest because cramming too many activities into this short period is stressful and not necessary.

BOND because you need to spend this time with people you love and care about or on activities that will position you better for your next steps. Bond because there is no point spending your time with people you cannot form a positive relationship with, people who drain your energy and who keep trying to deflate you.

REPEAT because you owe yourself this much to take care of yourself and only surround you with positive and loving energy.
