Did you include any safety activity in your Christmas party plans?
You didn’t, right? Well, that’s why I’m here to remind you. It’s not too late to do something. Since we want to reduce safety incidents and accidents affecting children, we must use all avenues possible to push the message.
Possible ideas to incorporate in your Christmas party:
1) Cardboard presentation for younger children
2) Song presentation
3) Drama/ Dance drama (you can create one or adapt a scene from my Child Safety story book The Adventures Of Muna
4) Debate
This will be entertaining but more importantly the children will take away a safety tip for the holiday.
While I know this post is focused at children Christmas parties, it can actually be adapted to suit an adult party or a company party. We’ve got to deliberately raise safety consciousness of our people. God forbid is not a strategy.
I shared with my mailing list earlier today and just thought to share here too. Feel free to reach out on how to execute and remember to invite me to your party
