Ugochi Obidiegwu (Managing Partner/CEO)
Ugochi Obidiegwu is the Managing Partner of The Safety Chic and the Founder, UGIP Foundation. As a Social Development Strategist, her specialty is developing products, programmes and providing policy advisory on pressing development issues affecting young Africans. Her major work pillars are around ensuring child safety, reducing substance abuse in youths and providing strategy for social impact initiatives. She is the author of a child safety storybook series available in English and French, co-creator of an online COVID-19 game for children and developer of social impact apps. Her work has footprints in several countries, local and foreign media. Ugochi is committed to ensuring that young people become better versions of themselves through her work in social development. She is open to collaborations that improve the provision of safety education resources to African children.

Fisayo Ajala (Chief Operations Officer)
She is a client relations specialist and a graduate of Communication and Language Arts, University of Ibadan. She is an astute communicator with an outstanding track record of managing and institutionalising complex relationships for the organisations she has worked with. Her doggedness to achieving set goals combined with her flawless interpersonal skills is trailed with consistent productivity. She is currently a knowledge champion with MTN Nigeria. She has diverse experience in managing the varied expectations of clients.

Odera Okonkwo (IT Advisory & Support)

Odera is a seasoned IT professional with many years of experience. He studied Computer Science as his first degree at the University of Ibadan. He has gone ahead to hold top IT positions in several startups and had a stint as a lead technical consultant on a World Bank/EU funded IFMIS implementation project.

Dr. Nnadozie Isinguzo (HSE Consultant)
He studied Microbiology at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka before proceeding to the University of Ibadan for his M.Sc. in Soil Science and PhD in Agronomy. He began his career in NAFDAC before joining Shell Petroleum Development Company as Head of Pollution Prevention Department in 1988. He has assisted NESREA in reviewing their environmental regulations and completed a successful waste to wealth demonstration project in Ado Ekiti. He has also championed dozens of EIA studies for oil companies, telecommunications, agro-based industries and construction companies.

Victor Daudu (OHS Consultant)
He has over 15 years combined experience in Maritime/Oil and Gas and Aviation industries. He studied Geology and Mineral Science at the University of Illorin. He has worked as QHSE Coordinator in Integrated Logistics Services (INTELS) at the Onne Oil and Gas Free Zone. He was the Head, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) in Aero Contractors where he played a pivotal role in pioneering the department. He is a certified Safety Management System trainer. He has various relevant certifications in Occupational Safety and Health.
