Ugochi Obidiegwu is the Managing Partner of The Safety Chic and the Founder, UGIP Foundation. As a Social Development Strategist, her specialty is developing products, programmes and providing policy advisory on pressing development issues affecting young Africans. Her major work pillars are around ensuring child safety, reducing substance abuse in youths and providing strategy for social impact initiatives. She is the author of a child safety storybook series available in English and French, co-creator of an online COVID-19 game for children and developer of social impact apps. Her work has footprints in several countries, local and foreign media. Ugochi is committed to ensuring that young people become better versions of themselves through her work in social development. She is open to collaborations that improve the provision of safety education resources to African children.
